An autonomous agency under the Department of Space, IN-SPACe promotes, enables, authorizes and supervises various space activities of non-governmental entities.
The selected companies are Maharashtra-based Manastu Space, MumbaiSemi, and Inspecity Space Laboratories, and Bengaluru-based VyomIC.
In a statement on Saturday, IN-SPACe said, “The latest announcement builds on IN-SPACe’s first selection under TAF in June 2026, when Astrobase Space Technologies, SatSure Analytics India and TM2SPACE Technologies were selected for funding to develop technologies spanning launch vehicle propulsion, Earth observation analytics and satellite navigation systems.”
TAF is an IN-SPACe initiative designed to support Indian non-governmental entities in absorbing, adapting and commercializing advanced space technologies.
The selected projects will be implemented against defined milestones, with funding and progress monitored according to the scheme’s requirements.
IN-SPACe is a catalyst in the development of space related programs and is constantly helping space related companies to develop indigenous space technologies including launch vehicle propulsion, Earth observation analytics and satellite navigation systems.
The support is intended to help companies advance technology development and bridge the gap between early-stage innovation and wider adoption.
